Sedona Saturday

This past weekend Anthony and I went to Sedona, Arizona. This was my first time so I had no idea what to expect. I am not a mountain climber but I found that there are so many things you can do in Sedona without having to lace up your hiking boots.

Starting off with the obvious, Sedona is BEAUTIFUL. Everywhere you look there are red rocks. Everything from the stores to the fast food chains are all basically the same color scheme. Nothing tacky or bright, everything seamlessly flows together. Even the McDonald’s is a nice tan color with turquoise arches.

Sedona is also a lot cooler than Phoenix so it was fun to get away from the scorching 115-degree heat that is Phoenix this July.

Sedona has plenty of quaint places to eat and lots of cute little shops around the city. We went to a place called Pisa Lisa, that has four out of five stars on Yelp! Pisa Lisa has plenty of pizzas, salads and desserts to choose from. We got the margarita pizza and bruschetta. It was amazing. I 100% advise getting the bruschetta! Honestly one of the best I have had.

I definitely recommend going to Sedona for a day trip this summer. You will not regret it.

Thank you for reading my blog. Until next time!
