What I am Looking Forward To This Fall

Hello everybody and welcome back to my blog! Even though it is only August and still summer, I can't help but get excited for the upcoming season. Fall is just around the corner and I can hardly contain my excitement! This week I am going to share what I am most excited for this autumn season.

1. Re-watching Classic Shows

My favorite three shows to re-watch during this season are “Gilmore Girls,” “Vampire Diaries” and “New Girl.” These shows always seem to be in forever-fall-season. Each of them have a Halloween episode, a Thanksgiving special and there are always fallen brown leaves in the background. Since I am an Arizona girl and don’t get to see fall weather, I like to see it in the shows I watch. It helps me feel better about my vampy-dark manicure in 100 and higher heat.

2. Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING

I love that during this time of year everything pumpkin comes out, from Pumpkin pie to pumpkin flavored cereal. And of course you can't forget the super famous, Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks. (Last I tried the Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte and I loved it. This will defiantly be my go-to drink this year.)

3. Halloween Movies

I am a scaredy-cat but I love watching classic children Halloween movies like “Double, Double, Toil and Trouble,” “Halloween Town,” and “Hocus Pocus.” These movies give me enough of the spook and Halloween feels for the season.

4. Pumpkin Carving

I love carving pumpkins. I like pulling out the slimy pumpkin seeds and carving out a smile with my mediocre carving skills. I have been doing this since I was a kid and I definitely do not plan on skipping out on this fall tradition.

5. Fall Fashion

Fall fashion is AMAZING. The colors are perfect for every skin tone and the cooler weather helps make every look possible. You can wear a cute dress with boots and a beret and be out the door. Then there is the dark maroon lipstick. I cannot wait to see what style is going to be showcased at the stores this year.
